What should I do if I get a ticket, citation or toll charge?
You are responsible for paying any tickets, citations or tolls while driving an AutoNation Mobility car. If you receive notices for unpaid balances, please follow the instructions on the notice to promptly pay or dispute the charge to avoid any disruptions to your service.
In some cases, a citation, ticket or toll is unable to be applied to you directly and the issuing authority will send notice to AutoNation Mobility as the lienholder for the vehicle. In these scenarios, AutoNation Mobility will pay the ticket, citation or toll on your behalf to avoid any disruptions and then issue you a bill for that amount.
Can I use a transponder to avoid toll charges?
Yes. Feel free to use your own transponder. Please note that if a toll authority is unable to bill your account directly, such as a transponder malfunction or insufficient funds on your toll program account, the issuing authority may bill you or AutoNation Mobility directly. In these situations, AutoNation Mobility will pay the toll on your behalf and then issue you a bill for that amount.
