Where do I pick up my car?
You’ll pick up from the AutoNation location you selected your car from.
Once you have ordered your car, you’ll receive information about where the store is located, when you can pick it up, and who the point of contact at the store is.
When you arrive at the store, check in at the sales counter and the AutoNation team will walk you through the steps to bring your car home!
How do I schedule my pickup time to get my car?
During the checkout process, after you have ordered your car, one of our team members will help you set up a pickup time at a designated AutoNation store.
What do I need to bring with me to pick up my car?
You’ll need to have your valid driver’s license and proof of an insurance policy (we need to see that you have insurance on the car in your name that meets the minimum requirements).
For more information about insurance see our Insurance article.
Can I get a car delivered to me?
At this time we do not offer delivery.
What if I need to reschedule my pickup time?
We get it, things change. If you need to reschedule, just contact us and we’ll help you find a new time to stop by to grab your car.
What if I decide I don’t want my car anymore prior to picking it up?
If you decide you want to cancel your order prior to picking up your car, simply contact us and we will cancel the order and begin the refund process, if applicable. Refunds will be processed by AutoNation immediately upon confirmation of the cancellation request but can take up to 10 business days to reach your bank account, depending on your banking institution.
How long does the pickup process usually take?
The pickup process is quick. It includes a check of your driver’s license and proof of insurance, as well as a walkaround of the car. We are also happy to answer any questions you have about the car.
How is the pickup process so quick?
By the time you get to the AutoNation store, you will have already set up your micro lease and signed all the paperwork --- all online. When it’s time to pick up, all we need to do is a quick check of your driver’s license, review your proof of insurance in your name, and do a walkthrough inspection of the car. Then: The keys are yours!
