I’m ready to return – do I need to do anything with my registration or plates?

If you leased your vehicle in CA, please leave your plates on the vehicle when you return it. AutoNation Mobility will handle the transfer (if applicable) or disposal of the license plate(s).  

In Florida, you are free to take the plates once you return your vehicle. If you prefer AutoNation Mobility to dispose of the plates, you may leave the plates on the vehicle.
