What type of payment methods can I use for my payments?
AutoNation Mobility accepts an ACH (Automatic Clearing House) payment which can be set up through a secure and encrypted connection with your bank account.
Please note that it is required to keep a valid digital payment method on file for your monthly micro lease charges.
What is the upfront payment?
The upfront payment was the amount you select to pay in addition to your first monthly payment that reduced your monthly payment by the amount you selected divided by the number of months in your term.
For example, if you made a $2,400 upfront payment for a 12 month micro lease, your monthly payment would have been reduced by $200/month ($2,400 upfront payment divided by 12 months).
What will I owe when I return my car?
If you are up to date on your payments (including monthly payments and any other outstanding balances such as citations, tickets, or tolls) and there is no excessive wear damage, you will only owe the disposition fee of upon return. This fee is listed when you set up your micro lease and on your AutoNation Mobility Agreement.

How can I change my payment type for monthly payments?
To change your ACH payment method, please log into your AutoNation Mobility Billing Hub to manage payment methods.
I am getting an error when trying to make a payment. What should I do?
If you are getting an error message while trying to process a payment, please ensure you have entered the correct bank information (account number, zip code, routing number, expiration date, login credentials etc.), and that you have sufficient funds to cover the amount being charged.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us or your bank to assist.
Can I change my billing date?
Your billing date is based on the date when your first payment was made and cannot be changed.
When are my monthly payments due?
Your monthly payment is based on the date of your initial payment (which includes your upfront payment and first monthly payment) and will be the same day of the month every month following. For example, if your initial payment date is February 16th your next monthly payment will be due on March 16th and the 16th of each following month until you return your car.
If your initial payment date is anchored to the 29th, 30th or 31st, your payment date will be the last day of the month in months where that date does not exist. For example, if your initial payment date is January 31st, your payments will be due on February 28th, March 31st, April 30th, May 31st, etc.
Additionally, you can log into your AutoNation Mobility Billing Hub to view your payment amount and billing date.
What is ACH (Automatic Clearing House)?
ACH is a payment method that withdraws directly from your bank account, without the need for a debit or credit card. To set up ACH as a payment method, you will follow the steps during the checkout process to link your account or log into your AutoNation Mobility Billing Hub.
Are there fees for late payments?
Late fees may apply after 10 days of non-payment on monthly recurring invoices or one-time charges (such as citations, tickets or tolls).
To avoid late fees, keep your bank account current with enough funds to cover your payment each month and pay all one-time charges (such as citation, tickets or tolls) prior to their due date.
Can I make a partial payment?
Payments must be made in full for all monthly payments and one-time charges. If multiple charges exist, for example a monthly payment and an outstanding ticket or toll, each invoice can be paid in full separately.
Why did my monthly rate change?
Your monthly rate is locked in once you sign your agreement for the duration of your term. All monthly rates are subject to state and local taxes, which are not set by AutoNation. If you notice a change in your monthly autopay amount, or if you move to a new address, it may be due to a change in the tax rate for your address.
What should I do if I get a ticket, citation or toll charge?
You are responsible for paying any tickets, citations, or tolls while driving an AutoNation Mobility vehicle. If you receive notices for unpaid balances, please follow the instructions on the notice to promptly pay or dispute the charge to avoid any disruptions to your service.
In some cases, a citation, ticket or toll cannot be applied to you directly and the issuing authority will send the notice to AutoNation Mobility as the lienholder for the vehicle. In these scenarios, AutoNation Mobility will pay the ticket, citation, or toll on your behalf to avoid any disruptions and then issue you a bill for that amount.
Can I use a transponder to avoid toll charges?
Yes. Feel free to use your own transponder. Please note that if a toll authority is unable to bill your account directly, such as a transponder malfunction or insufficient funds on your toll program account, the issuing authority may bill you or AutoNation Mobility directly. In the case AutoNation Mobility is billed, AutoNation Mobility will pay the toll on your behalf and then issue you a bill for that amount.
I have a question about a charge on my account. Who should I contact?
