Your account is tied directly to your email address and therefore we cannot change your account email address. If you do not have an active micro lease, you can create a new account using your new email address. If you have an active micro lease, please contact us to verify your account and add a secondary email address to your account.

How do I update my account address?
Please contact us to verify your account and add a secondary address. Please note, after you complete the checkout process, we will use the account address you provide us to register your AutoNation Mobility vehicle to you, and the DMV will send your tags and license plate(s) to such address. This means we are unable to reroute permanent license plates or registration being sent from the DMV.
How do I update my name?
